For the last 10 years I’ve been running my own catering business “To Dine For” where I try to achieve a very personal service to my clients. My strength is in meeting the individual needs of every client . This is really important to me and is at the heart of my business philosophy. I have cooked for all walks of life and every occasion having been Chef Proprietor of the Endeavour Restaurant in Staithes on the North Yorkshire Coast for over 12 years and accomplished many accolades during this time. I featured in Rick Stein’s Seafood Odyssey, and was recognised in Which’s Good Food Guide for 11 years. Before this I worked for 10 years in the hospitality industry running a 20 bedroom country house hotel and other hotel posts after leaving catering college.
